Refund & Returns Policy

Your Right to Cancel Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@theurbancompany.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.

Returning Items Once you've notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.

Exceptions Items that have been used, opened (for paints/aerosols), or are not in their original condition may not be eligible for a return unless faulty.
